• Discover the underlying issues behind your weight
• Identify your behaviours and beliefs that hinder and help
• Restore your natural relationship to food
Anyone who has experienced problems with ‘weight’ will know
that the problem is rarely just about food. Lisa Gibbens, well known local
hypnotherapist and life coach, has announced a new twelve week programme
at the centre with a unique approach. This approach will help you free
yourself from the lifestyle that no longer serves you. Once you are aware
of the influences and beliefs that shape your behaviours, you can make
informed decisions and choose to change.
We asked Lisa, who is this programme for? She summarised it as being for
those people who:
• are thinking about, and/or preparing to lose weight
• are working to a specific dietary regime, successfully or unsuccessfully
• have lost weight and wish to stabilise and maintain.
• never wanting to ‘diet’ again
She went on to outline what you can expect from this programme:
• 2 ½ hour weekly meeting in a group of 8 to 10 people
• a ‘buddy’ system of mentoring
• the skills and tools to manage stress and anxiety in your life
• self awareness and insight into the beliefs, behaviours and habits
that work for, and against your wellbeing
• what your body wants and your inner self already knows
• the opportunity to explore new ideas and concepts to bring about
personal change
• a wide range of therapeutic tools including hypnosis, hypnotherapy,
life coaching, meridian therapy, emotional freedom and emotrance.
This will include guest speakers.
• peace of mind
• lots of motivation, support and common sense
“What I’ve done with this programme” Lisa added “is
to bring together all sorts of resources under one roof; there’s
so much out there, but it’s not always easy to sort out the wheat
from the chaff. I will have done that for you.”
The programme begins in November and Lisa will have an initial one-on-one
assessment consultation with each person before they join the group. Please
contact Fiona at the centre to register, or Lisa can be contacted directly
on 07730 512304.
